A report that provides evidence of your entry and exit dates from your country of study. You can provide one of three documents:
● An entry and exit report from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA).
● A copy of the passport used during the period of study (all pages, including empty ones) along with the residency form.
● An entry and exit report issued from the country of study. Please use this option only if you cannot obtain one of the two options above.
Note: You do not need to provide this if your degree was earned more than ten years ago.

To receive the required list of documents and information to start your application:
● Visit the Ministry of Education, UAE Portal.
● Navigate to the right bottom side of the application and click on “Find Out”.
● Answer the questions as accurately as possible to determine the requirements for your application. Once Completed, you can submit your application on moe.quadrabay.com.

To fulfill the insufficiencies in your application (Missing Documents and/or Information) for your application, kindly follow these steps:
● Visit moe.quadrabay.com and enter your username and password to sign-in.
● Enter the verification code (OTP): Once you sign in, you'll receive a verification code to your registered email. If you don’t find it in your primary inbox, kindly check your Spam/Junk Email folder.
● Navigate to "My Application": After successfully signing in, please click on "My Application" located at the top left of the screen.
● Amend your application: Next, click on 'Submitted' and update your application as needed.
Please note that your application will be kept on hold until you update your application and provide all the sufficient information/documents.
After submitting the required documents our validation team will review your application and update it accordingly.
Do I need to get my documents attested or stamped before submitting them for verification?

For the QuadraBay verification and/or equivalency process, there is no need for specific attestation on your documents. Just provide clear scanned copies of the originals. Yet, certain UAE authorities may ask for attested versions of documents, but this requirement is separate and not associated with QuadraBay.

If your degree and transcripts are already in English or Arabic, you can bypass the translation requirement. Simply revisit the "Education Detail" section and choose "Yes" to the query, "Is your degree and transcripts in English or Arabic?" This ensures you can continue without the translation step.

After Submitting the application and finalizing the payment, the status of the application can be viewed from the ‘Submitted’ section on the Dashboard.

The first step in securing your Recognition Certificate is the verification of your degree. This verification process is facilitated directly through QuadraBay. However, in certain cases, an exception may apply, allowing you to submit an embassy letter instead. Eligible applicants can choose this option during the application on the portal under "Do you have a verification of your degree?".
